Early fixed loop helmet with rayon Westinghouse liner

Here we have a nice early fixed loop McCord helmet set with early rayon webbed Westinghouse liner. Helmet retains it's original paint and cork texture, as well as it's od3 chinstraps with raised bar brass buckle hardware. Heat/Lot number on this one is 272A dating it's production to the early Fall of 1942. Westinghouse liner still shows it's early dark green smooth paint, and the webbing is fantastic. The fixed leather chinstrap has been lost to time which is most often the case for these early liners.
